Welcome to a complete Breath of Love session

In this one-hour journey, you’ll be guided through the full Breath of Love experience: four cycles of conscious breathing followed by a deep sound journey with live-recorded instruments.

How to prepare for this session:   Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed for one hour. Lie down on a mat or your bed. Use headphones for the best experience. Have a blanket nearby. You may feel tingling, warmth, or emotion during the breathing cycles. This is normal and safe. Simply keep breathing and trust the process.

This session is for general wellness only and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

The Nature of This Content

The Breath of Love sessions, videos, and audio offered through journeytoyourhearts.com are intended for educational and personal-wellbeing purposes only. They are not medical care, therapy, or a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Voluntary Participation & Release of Liability

By taking part in any Breath of Love breathing session, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk, and that you accept full responsibility for your own body, choices, and any effects that may follow. Breath of Love accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, the practices and information shared in these sessions.

Who Should Take Extra Care

Please do not practice this breathwork if you are pregnant or have epilepsy. If you live with a cardiovascular condition, high or low blood pressure, a history of fainting, or any other significant medical or psychological condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning. When in doubt, ask your doctor first.

During the Practice

These sessions are an invitation, never a demand. Let your own body set the pace — there is no benefit in forcing or pushing past what feels right for you. If at any point you feel unwell or simply want to stop, stop. You can always return to a soft, natural breath and rest.

When Never to Practice

Never practice these breathing techniques while driving, swimming, diving, bathing, or in any setting where a moment of lightheadedness or loss of consciousness could put you or others in danger. Always breathe in a safe, comfortable place where you can lie or sit undisturbed.

Sensations You May Notice

It is common to feel tingling in the hands or face, lightheadedness, a ringing in the ears, or mild dizziness during breathwork. These responses are usually a normal part of the process. If they arise, stay calm, return to gentle breathing, and pause the practice whenever you need to.
